Press the custom sheet on the material for 10 seconds at 300 degrees (F)

Peel film hot (with polyester you may have to let it cool for 5-10 seconds)

Press again with finishing sheet for 5 seconds.
(Finishing sheet optional. If you have a heat press with a top upper Teflon cover then it’s not needed)
